Do you want to improve your chess skills, but aren't sure how to go about it? Or do you want to strengthen your child in a fun and effective way? I give personal chess lessons to beginners, juniors, and advanced players. With a KNSB rating of approximately 2100 and chess experience since the age of 6, I help students not only to find better moves, but above all to understand why a move is right or wrong. A higher rating does not automatically mean that someone is the best coach for every level. Especially for players between approximately 1000 and 1900, I find it important to explain chess ideas clearly, understandably, and practically. My goal is for you to be able to actually apply the knowledge you have learned independently during your own games. During the lessons, we can work on, among other things: - Tactics and combinations - Developing strategies and plans - Openings and typical middlegame ideas - Party analyses - Identifying errors and areas for improvement - Learning to think and make decisions independently The lessons are fully tailored to your level and personal goals. Whether you are just starting out, want to improve as a club player, or are serious about growing towards 1800/2000: together we will look at what you need to take the next step.
