My name is Ivana and I'm a master pianist.
I started to play the piano at the age of 7.
I graduated High Music School In Serbia, Bachelor in piano and Specialistic year in Chamber Music in Montenegro and Master diploma at Royal Conservatory Gent en Educational master in KU Leuven.
I won several prizes in Republic Piano Competition in Montenegro, Third prize at Chopin Competition organized in Montenegro and several first prizes with my piano duo and other chamber groups.
I took part in a series of Piano Masterclasses.
If you are an absolute beginner, do not worry. I can learn you to play with or without knowing the scores.
If you are an advanced player, I can bring your knowledge and technique in a higher level.

Dear music lovers,

Always wanted to discover the wonderful sounds of the piano? I offer piano lessons for young and old! No prior knowledge? No problem, together we will start a fun course from scratch. The musical alphabet is taught at your own pace and you'll be playing some of your favorite songs in no time. Chord learning also possible.
In my home there is both an advanced electric piano, ideal for experimenting with different sound effects, and an acoustic piano.
For the younger musicians: songs can also be learned through play, dance and singing. Songs are taught in a creative way!

I offer piano lessons from intermediate to advanced levels. I'm currently no longer teaching beginners.

I believe in a practical and integrated approach that incorporates theory, improvisation, ear, and note reading. If you have a specific goal in mind, I can tailor the lessons to your needs. I have extensive pedagogical and musical training. I am a professional musician and teach in higher arts education. My specialty is jazz music, but I also have experience in other genres.
