Maths, Further Maths and Physics Tutoring for GCSE, A-Level and First-Year University Students
From 89 C$ /h
I am a Particle Physics Ph.D. student and have been a Physics and Maths tutor at the University of Manchester for 2 years. I hold a 1st class degree in Physics and achieved 4 A*s in Physics, Maths, Further Maths, and Chemistry during A-Levels.
I am passionate about teaching and helping students develop a deeper understanding of Mathematics and Physics. I specialize in tutoring students who want to improve their grades in A-level or GCSE Maths, Further Maths, Statistics, or Physics. I can also tutor university students who are in their first year of an undergraduate degree in any Physics or Mathematics classes.
I expect new students to initially provide questions related to the specific topics they are concerned with. After this, we can prepare a syllabus and homework.

About Me
As a particle physics Ph.D. student, I am obviously very interested in Physics, particularly in heavily mathematical areas. I became passionate about Mathematics and Physics during my A-levels thanks to several great teachers and tutors.
I want to create a positive and supportive teaching environment with a focus on gaining a deeper understanding of the "Why's" and "How's" of Mathematics and Physics. I strongly believe a deeper understanding of a subject is key to obtaining, not just higher grades but, also a lasting passion and interest in the subject. Education should not feel like a chore!
