Hello,

My name is Nelson and I am 36 years old. I hold a bachelor of technology degree in Water Resources which I don't use because my passion lies with teaching and helping others to succeed. i'm a tutor who is calm, confident and friendly with over 6 years teaching experience under his belt. I have taught young persons of ages ranging between 5 - 18 years both physically in a classroom setting and online.

I presently tutor online students from some Asian countries such as Japan, Korea, and Thailand helping them improve their English language but with my science-based background teaching Math and other related subjects like Algebra should be a breeze. Personally I believe my students have the capacity to become the best versions of themselves and I encourage them to be just that. I only see myself as a springboard to project my students to greatness.

I believe practice makes perfect, the more mathematical problems one solves the better one gets which is my approach to tutoring.
In my spare time I do some light reading or listen to music but most times I play video games.

I studied at Federal University of Technology Minna - Nigeria where a bagged a Bachelors of Technology (B.Tech.) Degree in Water Resources. I was also trained by MTN Nigeria (a telecoms company) as a Customer Care Representative.

I am a qualified and experienced mathematics tutor. Graduated from the Free University of Brussels in 2011, I started my career by teaching remedial courses in different schools in Brussels. I then specialized in individual academic support by following educational training at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
