What is the reason for me being a teacher? Simply put, teaching offers a chance to positively impact children in their lives and growth. Teaching is both extremely rewarding and demanding for me, and I have carefully considered my choice to become a teacher. I visited schools and interviewed teachers to learn the reality of their daily responsibilities and school life. Despite some drawbacks, the majority of responses were positive.
I have background in guiding teams and organizing activities to achieve successful results. Furthermore, my ability to communicate effectively allows me to engage with co-workers, suppliers, and clients in order to achieve timely project completion. I believe that my enthusiasm for what I do and commitment to achieving the best results will greatly benefit any group I work with.

About Me
Why am I a teacher? To put it simply, teaching is an opportunity to make a difference to children both in life and their development. For me, teaching is an enormously rewarding and challenging profession and my decision to teach has not been taken lightly. I spent time in schools and asked teachers to tell me the truth about day to day school life and their responsibilities, while there were some negatives, they were overwhelmingly positive.
Thinking about my own experience in education, I appreciate the incredible impact that teachers have on the lives of young people. I know that teachers provide skills and knowledge used by young people throughout life. Therefore, as a teacher, my greatest aim is to be a role model. I want to cultivate open minds, the knowledge and ability to look at the world critically, and students’ belief in their own capacity to make positive contributions to society.
I am extremely commercially smart and highly motivated. Personally, I have had a hugely positive experience of both primary and secondary education. I am applying for a teaching position because I feel I have the potential to inspire and encourage children of all abilities to reach their full potential.
My work experience allowed me to experience life in a primary and secondary school setting from a teacher's perspective. I enjoyed the way that every day is different and that each child is unique. During my education, I have consistently enjoyed Mathematics, especially Algebra and Trigonometry. My favorite aspect of Mathematics is researching and learning more. I have been able to provide extra support for individual pupils who are underachieving in literacy and numeracy, and encourage them to learn. My interpersonal skills have improved immensely over the years of teaching as I have to communicate with children from primary to secondary and some University students with different abilities, religions and cultures. It is both challenging and extremely enjoyable. The most enjoyable aspect for me is helping with small group work and projects , assisting the pupils in lessons as an educational and motivational tool. It is very rewarding as I see pupils who struggled in these areas improve.
