I' m a teacher by profession and now pursuing a masters degree in education management as I'm interested in researching on curriculum designs and how different learners abilities, curiosity and individual opinions are incorporated in schools and most importantly in classes. I believe every learner has something to offer. It's all about value addition where learners improve on themselves through consistency and practice rather than rote memorization of knowledge and information.
