I am a Financial Quantitative Analyst at a European Renewable Energy Company. I studied Economics and Finance in the US, Italy, UK and France. I love to teach everything I have learned, in a structured and methodical way. Currently, I am tutoring Russian students preparing them to take A-level exams in Pure Mathematics, Statistics, Business Studies and Economics. I tutor mainly Math, Statistics, Economics and Business Studies at every level but don't hesitate to ask for some subject more specialized.

About Me
Born in Russia, holder of Russian, British and Swiss nationalities, I have lived in 8 countries to date. I earned a BA/diploma in Sociology, with Teaching qualification, from the Moscow Lomonosov State University, MA in International Relations and Economics from The Johns Hopkins University (USA), School of Advanced International Studies, and MSc in Finance from London Business School, University of London (UK). For the last 25 years I have been working for large international organizations and businesses, in the area of Corporate Finance and Risk Management.
As someone who studied in different cultures, I appreciate the values and importance of a first-class international education, which opens new opportunities and prepares young people for launching careers in the international environment. Having worked for large banks and multi-national companies, in addition to my main tasks, which involved financial modeling and analysis, I often assumed responsibility for coaching of interns and trainees from different countries and backgrounds. Through this work, I discovered an inner passion for teaching, which in combination with my interest in Mathematics and Economics, led me to the important decision to dedicate my future career to teaching.

Experience / Qualifications
Over the last few years, I have been tutoring students in IB and A-Level Mathematics, Statistics and Economics, as well as Undergraduate students in Econometrics. During the lockdown in Italy (from October 2020 till February 2021) I was teaching online IB Economics to students in Year 11 and 12 at International School in Genoa. Currently, I am tutoring online Russian students preparing to take A-level exams in Pure Mathematics, Statistics, Business Studies and Economics at StudyLab in Russia. Teaching online, using Google Classroom, has been a very rewarding experience for me, and I would be delighted to bring this experience to the non-virtual classroom at a reputable international school.
