I am a dedicated and passionate tutor with more than 9 years of experience in teaching Science and Biology in Sri Lanka. Over the years, I have worked with school students at G.C.E. O/L and A/L levels, helping them build strong subject knowledge, improve their understanding of core concepts, and achieve success in their examinations. I have also worked as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Jaffna, Department of Pharmacy, where I was involved in delivering lectures and conducting practical sessions for university-level students. Experience / Qualifications

I have worked as a Cover Supervisor and Exam Invigilator in secondary schools across Merseyside through TeacherActive. In this role, I was responsible for supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students remained on task, followed instructions, and maintained a positive and respectful learning environment. I delivered pre-prepared lesson materials, managed classroom behaviour, and supported students in completing their work independently while maintaining school policies and expectations.
