Do you sometimes feel trapped in anxiety, frustration, anger, or overthinking? Do you wish you could respond to difficult situations with greater calm and clarity?
In this class, we will explore how emotions arise, how they influence our thoughts and behavior, and how we can develop a healthier relationship with them.
Drawing on insights from modern psychology, mindfulness, and contemplative traditions, we will combine practical exercises with reflection and self-discovery.
What you will learn:
Recognize and understand your emotional patterns.
Manage stress, anxiety, anger, and overwhelming feelings.
Develop emotional awareness without suppressing your feelings.
Use mindfulness and body-based techniques to restore inner balance.
Respond more consciously instead of reacting automatically.
Cultivate self-compassion, resilience, and emotional stability.
My approach
I believe emotional regulation is not about controlling or eliminating emotions. It is about understanding them, learning from them, and developing the freedom to choose how we respond.
My approach combines my academic background in cognitive science with an interest in meditation, Buddhist philosophy, and the relationship between mind and body.
