Private Finnish tutor: become fluent in Finnish or learn the basics

I teach Finnish by having a conversation and by reading texts together. You can choose which areas you are interested in, and I'll find texts that might be interesting for you. I can also teach Finnish basics by going through simple words and expressions, and by using a text book. Grammar comes along, and I'll explain why certain word forms are used as they come up in the texts or in spoken language.

I have a Ph.D in Political science from the University of Helsinki and have been teaching Finnish in various language tandems for years.

About Me

I have a long experience in editing and publishing Finnish texts, and I teach Finnish as a side work. I greatly enjoy languages and exchanges they bring. Recently, I've been learning Italian and Portuguese.
