Learn Spanish with a Spaniard! Grammar, Speaking, Support for Language Tests. . .
From 58.3 C$ /h
I am a Spanish philologist with a Master's in Linguistics. I also have the title for Teaching ELE (Spanish as a Foreign Language) and experience as a Language Assistant in Germany and the UK. Language is one of my passions and I like to transmit it to my students and keep them challenged and enthusiastic about it. I adapt to what my students require, i.e. a bigger focus on grammar and exercises, revision/support for official language tests and/or conversation. I always try to make my activities creative and encourage my students to produce new input instead of copying and repeating. I am also up to giving homework and providing periodic progress reports.

You can show me your material and we can work with it (i.e. (school) handbooks, manuals...). I also have material for the different levels and in keeping with the student's main focus.

About Me
Hi everyone :) My name is Paula, I come from Oviedo, Spain.
I have studied my BA in Modern Languages in 3 European Universities (Oviedo in Spain, Aix-Marseille in France and Cologne in Germany). I have also studied a BA in Spanish Philology and a Master's in Linguistics in the Spanish distance university (UNED). I am currently living in Saint Andrews, Scotland, where I am finishing my Master's in Comparative Literature.
Spanish is my mother tongue but I am also fluent in English, Italian, German and French. Besides languages and studying I like photography, reading, writing and playing music (mostly guitar and piano). I try to mix my hobbies with my teaching, finding exercises that are somewhat involved with music and designing creative activities.
