Admission to medical school in the UK can be a daunting prospect for many students, with the looming personal statement, UCAT admissions test and interview preparation.

I hope to relieve some of this pressure from prospective students with my tuition. As a 4th year medical student at University College London (UCL), I have a lot of experience in the UK medical school admissions process. I achieved A*A*A at A Level, a 92nd percentile score in my UCAT, and received offers from all 4 medical schools that I applied for (UCL, Imperial, King's, Kent and Medway).

Ideally, I would work with a student throughout the entire process, beginning in Year 12 when they are writing their personal statement, throughout the UCAT revision stage and finally in the interview coaching stage.

I prepare the student for the entrance exam for medicine and/or dentistry. Because a lot of work goes into this, I recommend enjoying both early and well-planned preparation so that the chances of passing this exam are optimal.

The subjects covered are mathematics, biology, chemistry and physics. The silent reading text of the afternoon part is also drilled. Tips are also given regarding taking the exam itself, the structure of the questions and how best to start.
