A graduate of the Master 2 Business Law and Taxation from the University of Paris 1, I am awaiting the admission results of the CRFPA 2020 before joining the EFB at the start of the next school year. During my studies, I started with a preparatory class in Law / Economics in Bordeaux (University of Bordeaux and Lycée Gustave Eiffel) before joining the Franco-British Magistère Juriste d'Affaires Franco-British in Rennes and going to the University of 'Exeter to do my LLM in International Commercial Law. I am also speaking at the University of Rennes for a seminar on corporate governance, an area in which I wish to specialize.

I am available to give courses in civil law (Introduction, Obligations, Property), business law and taxation.

About Me
I started my academic studies in the preparatory class D1 Economics / Management of the Lycée Gustave Eiffel, in partnership with the University of Bordeaux. I then joined the French-British Magisterium Business Lawyer during which I completed an LLM at the University of Exeter in International Commercial Law. Finally, I joined the Master 2 Business Law and Taxation of the University of Paris 1 from which I graduated this year. During my academic career, I paid particular attention to taxation, devoting two dissertations to it, one on environmental taxation and the other on directive DAC6 relating to the transparency obligation of tax intermediaries.

In addition to my academic career, I have acquired multiple experiences within law firms and companies. More particularly, I specialized in the themes of corporate governance and more generally of company law during my internships at the French Association of Private Enterprises. I will also devote my PPI to this, next January, within the issuer Suez, in stock market law.

Regarding courses, I have a solid background in civil law (law of obligations, property law and family law), in business law as well as in taxation (both direct and indirect). I have personal knowledge of the requirements of the following teachers:

In taxation
- Ms. Sérandour (Rennes);
- M. Gutmann (La Sorbonne).

In Bonds:
- Ms. Malabat;
- Mr. Radé;
- Mr. Génicon;
- Mr. Fages.

In corporate law:
- Mr. Lucas;
- Mr. Godon.

Regarding the courses, I will ensure, in addition to the weekly slots, a personal follow-up of the students according to their needs by concentrating mainly on the help in the preparation of the tutorials and on the necessary and adapted pedagogical clarifications.
