Teaching is for me a secondary, still enriching, activity, which has to be thought as a reciprocal exchange. I love learning from my students, too.
I consider myself an easygoing teacher, patient, and flexible depending on everyone's needs; but I am also quite precise in my approach.
I love interaction and participation during classes, because feedback is essential to me: I think about the class as a virtual place where people can discuss being on the same level. That's why I encourage my students to tell me if anything isn't working as expected.
My teaching experience is various, and it started just after my degree: I have worked as a substitute teacher at the high school, then taught a university module for Erasmus students; then preprared high school students in their university entry exams.
