About Me

My name is Islom. I am from the United States. I am a native English speaker. I have my Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Hunter College in New York City, United States. I am an experienced English teacher as I have taught English both in the classroom and online in schools and other various settings in Thailand. I am currently living in Thailand. I describe myself as an academically motivated, ambitious, and hard working person. I am a good fit for teaching English because I have good communication skills and I can get along well with different kinds of people. Throughout my academic career I have worked on a lot of group assignments where I had to cooperate with my group members in order to complete the assignments successfully.
