I like to keep my lessons fun, engaging and interesting as education should never be seen as a chore or boring. The structure to my lessons are very straight forward but heavily content based. I have short recaps at the beginning of the lesson and a summary with questions at the end of each session. I encourage the students to ask questions regularly throughout the session as this the best way to learn. I strongly believe practise makes man perfect, so I assign my students to do 2 hours extra studying on the content I teach. I ensure to teach outside of the specification as I encourage my students to learn for life rather than just to study for just an exam for that A*&A. At the end of every week I put together a paper specific to the questions we are studying which will allow the student and myself to know where they stand and where improvement is needed. I will then analyse the results and tailor a better suited approach if needed.

I am currently in second year at university studying Aeronautical Engineering BEng. I have a great passion for science and maths subjects. I have always loved maths and science and have a real ability to make problems clear and easy to understand, improving your fundamental understanding and applying it to the exam questions. My experience is very up to date as I have recently just finished my A-levels in 2018 and have been refreshing my knowledge constantly. Therefore I will be able to provide recent knowledge and be able to share my first-hand experience and the do's and dont's which will help my students to be polished in their subjects. I am a qualified and experienced mathematics tutor. Graduated from the Free University of Brussels in 2011, I started my career by teaching remedial courses in different schools in Brussels. I then specialized in individual academic support by following educational training at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
