About Me

Im an English teacher with six years of experience, and I've helped more than 100 teens and adults speak with greater confidence. I'm a Licensed Professional Teacher in English and Science and a TESOL-certified instructor, which means I bring both professional training and a warm, patient style to every lesson.

I teach with a conversation-first approach. Many of my students understand English but freeze when it's time to speak, so we spend most of our time talking, using topics that matter to them, like work, school, travel, and daily life. I give clear, kind feedback on pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary, and I create a judgment-free space where mistakes are part of learning. I also help students prepare for the IELTS, especially the Speaking test. My background in Science helps me teach academic and technical vocabulary clearly.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in Biology, major in Pre-medicine from West Visayas State University and a Licensed Professional Teacher with specializations in both English and Science, and I am a TESOL-certified professional since 2019. This combination of academic training and teaching certification allows me to teach English clearly and professionally, including the academic and technical vocabulary students need for school and work.
