I have been tutoring students for 8 years in the core subjects: English, Maths and Science. I have specialised in Psychology and History in my undergraduate degree of Education, which is why I will be able to provide in-depth lessons on all topics in this subject. I have been successful in catering and tailoring each of my lessons according to each individual student's needs.
I like to challenge my students by setting them tasks that can allow them to learn topics that they may not like in a creative manner. I set homework for students after each lesson and ensure to go through questions that they did not understand or did not answer correctly in their follow-up lesson. I also like to challenge my students with their reading by giving book recommendations that can boost their vocabulary and knowledge that can be used across the curriculum.

As a Primary PGCE student who holds an undergraduate degree in Education BA (Hons) (graduated with a 2:1), I have an in-depth understanding of the National Curriculum from Key Stage onwards. Which is why I will be able to keep up-to-date with any changes that have been made to the syllabus and ensure all students are able to quickly learn any topics that have been changed/added to the curriculum.
