I’m a friendly, reliable and approachable person who enjoys helping others learn and develop new skills. I’m currently preparing to study Robotics Engineering at Cardiff Metropolitan University, and I have a background in digital production, technology and working with people.

During a recent hackathon, I worked with real-world data relating to electric scooters and electric bikes across Bristol, using the data to investigate patterns and develop a practical project. This gave me experience working with large amounts of real data, analysing information and solving problems in a team under time constraints.

My name is Arjen. I tutor and give exam training in math and physics for upper secondary education (Dutch HAVO/VWO, IB, or other similar programmes). As an Aerospace Engineer, I help students not only with solving problems, but especially with understanding the “why” behind the theory.
