Maths, Chemistry and Physics KS3, GCSE or A level tutoring

I am an enthusiastic person with a passion for chemistry/science, having just completed a PhD in Polymer chemistry at the University of Warwick. Over the last four years, I have given close to 800 hours of online lessons for maths, physics, biology and chemistry, ranging from key stage 2 (7-11 year olds) through to A level. I have experience teaching all common British exam boards (AQA, OCR and Edexcel) for GCSE and A level, whilst I have also taught the IGCSE science courses. All of my students that have sat exams have achieved the grades they have wanted/needed, with some achieving to get a hard earned pass and some achieving the top A* grades they desired.
I always aim to deliver interactive and engaging lessons for students with homemade PowerPoints, tuned to suit the students age/ability. In my opinion students get the most from engaging lessons, so I build my lessons on questions and discussion, rather than taking a lecture-based approach. I give the student the control to dictate the pace of lessons and what content we cover, to ensure that they benefit most from the lessons and to reach their potential.
