I really enjoy the satisfaction of helping students overcome challenges and grasp mathematical concepts that once seemed difficult. I find joy in seeing that “aha!” moment when a student finally understands a concept. Also, teaching forces you to constantly refine and deepen your own understanding of math. It gives you a chance to grow professionally while helping others grow academically.
