I specialise in tutoring Geography up to Postgraduate level, Science A levels, GCSE and AS Maths, and Sociology and Politics up to A level. My goal is to keep students up to date and thinking up to a high standard both within and around their subjects. Coming from an underperforming state school, I successfully applied to King's College, University of Cambridge, where I achieved a First Class degree in Geography (Human and Physical). I will provide individually catered lesson and progress plans for subject lessons, and can also provide assistance with personal statements and Oxbridge mock interviews.

I like to focus on biology in my classes as I believe its the building blocks for higher level science. I make my classes as interactive and interesting as possible as I think this is the best way to get children to engage and learn. The class will also include Aspects of Chemistry and Physics especially focusing on the fundamentals and using real life examples to better understand these. The class will include demonstrations and small scale Lab experiments as I think these can really get students excited and help them become emersed into the world of science.

Health and Social Care is complex at face value but can be made simple when broken down and explained in the easiest way possible. This class aims to teach you the basics on Health and Social Care in detail and how to use those basics to apply to specific and more complex topics in the field.

You'll learn the fundamentals in detail and how to apply them to simple and unorthodox case studies and research papers. You will learn how to write essays while also knowing how to apply them in both your professional and everyday life. You will learn the fundamental skill of analysing how effectively Health and Social Care Government Interventions work in different scenarios, alongside the different types of Government Interventions.

Who likes Science GCSE anyway! I specialise in working with people who find the classroom setting difficult, or who might not find science the most exciting subject. I have worked for a year in a school working exclusively with students who were struggling to achieve their desired GCSE grade - many of whome loudly and produly claimed to find science boring or pointless - I loudly and proudly claim that they all passed and many with significant improvements on their grades.

I enjoy making difficult concepts easy and pride myself on finding an angle of enjoyment and excitment for any child I teach.
I have a degree in BSc Neuroscience and Psychology and studied maths and science through till A-level. Science GCSE is not everyones favourite subject but I truly believe everyone can excel at it with the right guidance.
