Biology: Consolidation, Test Preparation and Enrichment
From 48.06 C$ /h
I aim to provide targeted help to children with their study of Biology. With the help of practice questions, I assess areas may be most improved through further explanations, resources and practise. We can also explore areas you find more interesting, and help make connections with other subjects you study.

About Me
I have just finished studying Natural Sciences at Cambridge University, achieving first-class results in my specialism of Pathology, and I am excited to be able to communicate my knowledge to others. Having completed Biology and Chemistry to A Level and continuing these studies during my degree, I am happy to tutor students up to this level, and may be able to help with other GCSEs.
I have acted as a classroom assistant to GCSE students as part of Cambridge University's STIMULUS program, which aims to use students to improve the quality of science education in local schools. In my free time I also work with Cambridge Hands on Science, a student-run organisation who demonstrate science experiments to members of the public, from primary aged children to their parents! Through these experiences, I have become an enthusiastic and knowledgeable communicator of science.
I am also a keen musician, having achieved Grade 8 standard on the violin and also playing the mandolin. As well as choirs and orchestra, my society involvement at university ranges from college badminton to the Doctor Who Society!
Under the current circumstances, tuition can add structure to self-study, allowing you to get feedback on your learning and be confident in your studies going forward. I am also happy to read personal statements, give advice on Oxbridge interviews or feedback on work you have completed yourself!
