I have been teaching Arabic for years to many international students all over the world. This gave me the idea about which part of my language is totally new for foreigners, so I need to emphasize. You will definitely love writing from right, not left. Also, how the letters connected to each other. Realize the difference between long and short vowels. It's totally unique experiment for all people to find new sounds going out of their mouths. Arabic has 12 million words, so it is the greatest language ever. We will watch short movies in Fusha (the formal language) and if you like we can find lovely songs to listen to and analyze the lyrics.
