Anatomy is the subject where you can study for hours and still go blank on exam day. The problem usually isn't effort. It's that the material was never made to stick.

I'm Hina, a final-year Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) candidate, and I tutor anatomy, physiology, neuroanatomy, neurophysiology and biology one-to-one. You send me your syllabus, lecture slides or notes before we meet, and I build each lesson from your own course material, so we cover exactly what your exam covers and nothing twice.

Every topic gets a memory hook: a short mnemonic or diagram you can still recall under pressure. I draw live during the lesson and test you out loud, so we find the gaps in the session, not in the exam hall.

One of my students, a medical student at the University of Milan, had failed six subjects, including anatomy, neuroanatomy and physiology. After two months of lessons, she passed all six.

I teach students from school level (O Level, A Level, FSc, MDCAT) through MBBS and university health-science courses, in English or Urdu, whichever makes it click.

About Me

I'm Hina, a final-year Doctor of Physiotherapy student who is slightly obsessed with anatomy. I know how it feels to face a subject that seems like endless names and pathways, and I know it gets easier once someone shows you the logic underneath.

My students usually come to me when they're behind, stuck, or have already failed a paper once. I don't judge and I don't rush. You send me your course material, I build the lesson around it, and every topic gets a memory hook you can still recall on exam day. I teach in English or Urdu, and often mix the two: English for the terms you'll see on the paper, Urdu for the explanation underneath.

Hello,

First and foremost, I would like to wish you a warm welcome back to school and a peaceful year ahead as you work towards your goals. I am aware that the economic situation can sometimes be challenging, which is why I offer my services to accompany your child throughout their academic journey with ease and serenity.

Throughout my career as a Graduate Teacher and Graduate Professional Coach, I have worked in various contexts. Until last year, I taught in front of whole classes as well as in private lessons. Since this year, I have been providing face-to-face private lessons at home and also via video conferencing, a mode of teaching that I have practiced with university students for the past ten years.

My teaching environment has undergone significant changes, especially with the emergence of the Covid pandemic. This shift has led our secondary school students to adapt to the new mode of learning and communication, namely video conferencing. Despite the success of this transition, it is important to acknowledge that our younger students still require attention and a psycho-emotional connection in order to develop their autonomy peacefully.

Over the past two decades, I have implemented proven methodological approaches, some of which are borrowed from theater techniques, such as the Davis method (mind mappings/colors), and my specialty, professional coaching, which aims to enhance your child's motivation. My main goal is to foster agility in your child across all subjects, not only for the present but also for their future when I will no longer be by their side.

Ultimately, my objective goes beyond simply focusing on gaining points in a subject. I firmly believe in this approach due to my experience as a Mental Coach working with young athletes between Nice and Cannes, as well as throughout Europe via video conferencing, as part of their preparation for the French Tennis Championships. It has reinforced my conviction that working on a subject should be a nurtured objective that encompasses personal growth and development.
