I am a caring and compassionate teacher/tutor who loves to see my students thrive. I have a passion for mathematics and statistics, and for teaching. I love getting to share my knowledge with others. I try to make sure my students really understand a concept before moving on to the next one. I enjoy when students really understand and grasp concepts, and love getting to see their the "lightbulb" moment. I have had great success in helping students learn and come to enjoy mathematics and statistics.
I expect my students to be punctual, prepared, and ready to learn. I do not tolerate those who have a bad attitude about learning math, and are not prepared.

Education

I have a Bachelor's degree in Pure Mathematics from Texas State University, and a Master's degree in Mathematics from Mississippi State University. I am also currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Mathematical Sciences with a focus in Statistics.

In addition, I offer crash courses for students preparing for the start of the school year, allowing them to start the year well prepared, with a solid lead on the school curriculum.
