Pilates is a great method of exercise that helps you feel better in your body from the first session. I have been teaching pilates classes to groups and individual sessions for over 20 years in a Physiotherapy setting and I can offer my experience and expertise in body mechanics to help you learn at your own pace, improve your posture and confidence, prevent or reduce pain and stiffness and move with more ease. The exercises focus on mobilising the joints and releasing tension, as well as improve tone, strength and flexibility, while reducing stress levels. Every class can be adapted to suit your needs and fitness level.

Move with grace, flow and beauty! I offer private remote classes, explaining the basics of bellydance with fitness tips and pilates based exercises to help you learn the best movements with increased confidence. This class focuses on correct posture, breathing and moving the whole body. Have been teaching bellydance for over 10 years and I have danced professionally and I hold a BA (hons) in Dance Studies. My knowledge of the body is at a high level, as I am also a Pilates teacher for 20 years at a Physiotherapy setting.
