all you need to do pilates is a mat. additionally if you can have such terra band, mini ball, swissball, circle, dumbell etc., our lessons would be more fun and beneficial for you. i suggest you to have a terra band Small or Medium resistance. It is a very important and beneficial equipment for a better lesson. but if you don't wanna have it, doesn't matter. I have very other sollutions for a fun and productive lesson. Don't worry.
