as my whole family revolved around the
field of Arts & Culture.

I later picked up an immense
passion for Music on the way and
have been spreading its knowledge
from root-to-flowers for all souls
irrespective of their age.

Being a karate athlete since 11 years has not just taught me that how important it to defend yourself but also the importance of being fit, flexible and calm is the key to life. I have designed the drills and course including the aspects of yoga which will help you build better health as well as learn self defense with exciting techniques.
Also, an additional and free of cost diet planning of one month will be provided to the clients.

Shotokan karate for preparing for a grading or if needing some extra help on specific skills

I am a 1st dan, I got my 1st dan in 2017. I have been doing this style of karate for over 10 years and have a good amount of experience teaching and running classes. Can help with kata, basic, sparring techniques up to 1st Dan level
