Do you want to improve your chess skills with tailor-made chess lessons from an avid chess lover and tournamet player? Do you want to increase your understanding of the game, become sharp or simply boost that online rating to dazzle friends? Or maybe you want to prepare for tournaments and enter the professional chess field? If you answer yes to any of the question, you're in the right place!
Hi, my name is Michał and I am a medicine student and an active chess player. I've played the game since I was 8 years old and I won my first tournament at the age of 10. Since then, I have won dozens of tournaments and progressed my FIDE rating up to 1970. Now, at the age of 21, I am approaching my first (national) title of candidate master, which I hope to achieve soon.
My approach to the teaching is very much based on the individual student and his goals. I am of the belief that whatever you want to achieve in chess, you should study all aspects of the game and during our classes we cover many different topics, such as tactical patterns, endgame techniques, positional play, openings, and more. We solve thematic puzzles, analyse the games of chess masters, games of the student, and obviously... play! The lessons take place on lichess.org with video-call and I'm using the account 'TheCoachChampion'. You can check some of my games if you want, just go to the site. A lesson lasts at least one hour but can be longer. Who are my lessons for? Pretty much anybody who shares with me the passion for chess.
