About Me

I am Gilles, a musician, composer and producer. For over thirty years, I have been developing an artistic activity that connects the stage, the studio and musical creation.
Trained at the Guitar Institute of Technology in Los Angeles, my career was built around rock and blues, before opening up to jazz, electronic music and Brazilian musical traditions, including samba and bossa nova.
Over the years, I have composed more than forty-five albums and collaborated with various labels, artists and producers in Europe and Brazil. My work ranges from song to instrumental music, from music production to film scores, video games and multidisciplinary artistic projects.

CURRENT PROJECTS
Micro Roda de Samba — Lisbon
Creator and artistic director of the project. I perform a repertoire of samba and bossa nova on nylon guitar, cavaquinho and vocals, in a format open to encounters and collaborations with guest artists.
Françoise & The Bulgarian Lover
Electro-pop duo created with singer Taís Reganelli, blending song, electronic textures and international musical influences.
