About Me

I play guitar since I was 14, more than 24 years ago.
I have a degree in Guitar Performance and Music Theory (Escuela de Música Contemporánea - EMC - 2008), but before that I studied with independent teachers like myself for several years. Along the way, I´ve learned to play different music genres and techniques on electric, acoustic, and nylon guitar that gave me the skills I needed not only to perform, but also to compose my own music.

Besides the guitar, I´ve always been interested in technology and musical gear, so I also got a degree in Sound Recording Techniques and Music Production (Escuela de Música de Buenos Aires - EMBA - 2001). I really think that music is better when it sounds good, so you´d better know how to get it right!

After playing for many years in lots of bands and gigs of different genres and styles, I can honestly say that I´ve learned that frontiers are made to be broken. Home-based in Buenos Aires (Argentina), my studies, travelling and working experience gave me the tools I need to teach not only in my native language (Spanish), but also in English, going worldwide through the internet!

Age and musical taste are not restrictive when in the program, you can with qualitative daily work (not quantitative) quickly observe your progress.

Folk or classical acoustic guitar.

The teaching philosophy is adapted to the level of each individual, according to the pace of work and motivation.

For example, for beginners: Technique of the plectrum or fingers, coordination and correction of the right and left hand. Learning basic chords, simple themes, simple rhythms, reading tablatures (...).
