Do you study Japanese but rarely have the opportunity to actually speak it? This class is designed for learners who want to spend less time listening to explanations and more time expressing themselves in Japanese.

You will do most of the talking. I will ask follow-up questions, explore your answers in more depth, and help you keep the conversation going. We can talk about daily life, travel, work, Japanese culture, current interests, or any topic on which you would like to share your thoughts.

I previously worked as a consultant in Japan. Asking questions, leading discussions, and helping people organise and communicate their ideas clearly were important parts of my work. I use these skills to create conversations that go beyond simple small talk.

I will not interrupt you for every small mistake. You will first have the opportunity to finish expressing your thoughts. I will then help you correct important mistakes and introduce more natural ways of saying what you wanted to say.

After the lesson, I can also send you personalised feedback notes containing corrections, natural expressions, and alternative ways to communicate your ideas.

This class is ideal for learners who already know some basic Japanese but need more opportunities to speak. The aim is to improve your fluency, confidence, and ability to hold deeper conversations in Japanese.
