Luckily there are different approaches for studying a language, and I will show you one that doesn't involve grammar at all!
The classes will follow the principles of the Natural approach, we can talk about this method in more detail. The basics are that it requires a genuine interest in learning the language, and is an immersion-based method that is low-stress, fun, and flexible.
The materials of the meetings will be available on-line and kept well organized so you can access them every time you want. The lessons will be shaped around your interests and curiosity, as keeping your motivation high is my priority!

About Me

I'm a 29 year old native Italian speaker who loves to travel, and because of this I am really into languages and cultural exchanges. I also speak English and Spanish fluently, studying German at the moment and having fun by doing so.

Ciao! My name is Sam and I am a foreign language graduate from the UK and have lived 3 years in Italy. I recently moved to Vienna from Italy and for the last 3 years I have been teaching and tutoring English. As a language learner myself I understand well the difficulties of learning a new language and how to best overcome the challenges that foreign languages brings. I have found that the best lessons are always tailored to the student's needs as languages are composed of many skills & wide vocabularies that certain students need more than others. I am a very open and relaxed person and I find this helps take the pressure and stress off students speaking in their foreign language.

I have a C1 Italian level that I achieved through University and living in Italy, therefore, I would also be available to teach beginners and intermediate Italian learners helping with pronunciation, grammar and colloquial sayings.

I am open to doing lessons via webcam but I'd say in person lessons work better, such as being in a local café for example.

After having passed my exam, I have done an internship in the same school and then I have worked here for a while. During this experience, I had the possibility to work with people from all around the world offering them classes that matched their desires: from A1 to B2. Therefore, more than once I have helped my students to pass the CILS exam, in order to achieve the Italian citizenship. Right now, I'm located in Vienna, but I can offer the lessons also online, of course. Lessons will be prepared based on the students' wishes and objectives.
