Hello! I'm Asya, I'm 24 years old and I am originally from the countryside of Bergamo, the city whose upper town mesmerizes visitors still today. I have always been fascinated by how each language has a whole world in itself. That's why in high school I decided to study English, French and German, while being a native Italian of course! I have then moved to the Netherlands to get my Bachelor degree but there I missed being able to speak Italian so much that as soon as I graduated, I moved back to my country.

If you wish to brush up your Italian, resume a past series of lessons, or simply start from scratch learning Italian, this is the right lesson for you! I like to personalize each class/course according to the needs and goals of my students. My classes are focused on improving the student's communication skills. At beginner and lower intermediate levels, I prefer using a text book/ student book in the first part of the class. I usually use "Nuovissimo Progetto Italiano" and "Arrivederci" by Edilingua, or "Nuovo Espresso" and "Dieci" by Alma Publishing. For the second part of the lesson, I create engaging contents using original videos, press articles, extracts from blogs and social media, literary texts.
