An Italian living in London.
I love to learn from other cultures and I love to share my own language and culture.
This is why I decided to start teaching Italian.
I have been teaching Italian for over 10 years I started teaching in person in East London and now I am teaching online.
I am a very patient teacher, I make sure my students are at ease as I am aware of how difficult learning a foreign language can be. Our fear of making mistakes affects our confidence especially when we try to speak a foreign language, for this reason, building my students confidence is very important to me. I want my students to be able to make mistakes and learn from their mistakes without any fear.
Usually the emphasis in my lessons are the speaking part, because speaking is the main reason my students want to learn Italian, but there is obviously also grammar, reading, writing.

If you wish to brush up your Italian, resume a past series of lessons, or simply start from scratch learning Italian, this is the right lesson for you! I like to personalize each class/course according to the needs and goals of my students. My classes are focused on improving the student's communication skills. At beginner and lower intermediate levels, I prefer using a text book/ student book in the first part of the class. I usually use "Nuovissimo Progetto Italiano" and "Arrivederci" by Edilingua, or "Nuovo Espresso" and "Dieci" by Alma Publishing. For the second part of the lesson, I create engaging contents using original videos, press articles, extracts from blogs and social media, literary texts.
