During my experience I have been enjoying teaching and learning other languages myself.
I believe that the process of learning languages is also a path of personal growth that leads us to meet new people, explore new cultures and visit different countries.

During our classes we can focus on different activities depending on your level and your needing. For example I can offer you a targeted course to prepare an Italian exam, teach you Italian starting from the basics, help you improve your level and make conversation.

Some of the activities we can focus on are: grammar, conversation, exercices and vocabulary. I usually arrange for the student to put the rules into practice immediately through guided conversations and exercices. However my method is flexible and can vary depending on the student’s preferences and needs.

I teach for all levels, from very beginners to advanced speakers, passing through amateurs or simply curious of any age. I can also help with university exams and school works/assignments.
Being a pianist and a piano teacher, I already have lots of experience with teaching and pedagogical approach with the whole range of ages.

The lesson is intended to meet the student needs: the focus can be on the grammar, conversation or literature. In case of a middle-level speaker, the lesson will cover all four language's abilities: listening, speaking, writing and reading. My suggestion of a well planned lesson is, for any level, to divide it into two parts: grammar first and then conversation (covering all the abilities mentioned above).

If you wish to brush up your Italian, resume a past series of lessons, or simply start from scratch learning Italian, this is the right lesson for you! I like to personalize each class/course according to the needs and goals of my students. My classes are focused on improving the student's communication skills. At beginner and lower intermediate levels, I prefer using a text book/ student book in the first part of the class. I usually use "Nuovissimo Progetto Italiano" and "Arrivederci" by Edilingua, or "Nuovo Espresso" and "Dieci" by Alma Publishing. For the second part of the lesson, I create engaging contents using original videos, press articles, extracts from blogs and social media, literary texts. If the students do not feel comfortable using Italian from scratch, I can switch to English, German, or Dutch. The course fee includes the correction of home assignments.
