About Me

I am Aries, an Indonesian language teacher with extensive teaching experience providing all aspects of Indonesian language learning (listening, reading, speaking, writing) by applying critical thought, problem solving, high order thinking skill, student active oriented learning in group discussion with highly upholding the values of great ethic, local wisdom, religious, and culture in line with the latest curriculum objectives. My methodology is to base myself on the courses in a structural and clear way, accessible to my learners to give them quality teaching and a total understanding of the courses in a cordial and satisfying atmosphere.
My method is very simple, I start by teaching you the most common and most used words and expressions. Then slowly the formation of sentences, conjugation, grammar but also how to pronounce each word well and know their positions in the sentence.
Thanks to my very simple and effective teaching methodology, the student can form sentences in Wolof very easily from our first lesson.

Wolof is the most spoken language in Senegal, Gambia where it has been enriched with contributions from other dialects, Arabic and French, which remains the official language. It is experiencing cultural expansion in the country and is also present in Gambia and Mauritania.

During our studies, it sometimes happens that we experience academic difficulties.

Based on the teacher's work, I offer tailored support. This would help the student overcome obstacles and address their weaknesses.

The ideal parent is one who can identify academic problems and communicate them to the private tutor.
Whereas the ideal student is the one who dares to say when he has not understood, without fear of judgment.

Trusting the teacher is key: they offer an opportunity not only to acquire basic academic and cultural knowledge, but also to learn how to live in a community. In this way, the student can become a good citizen and develop their autonomy and self-directed learning skills.

Each week, we will schedule a one-hour meeting. The goal will be to define a learning objective and a problem, using a specific method.
