My teaching method focuses on communication. While grammar is essential, I believe it truly comes alive when you start using it to speak. During our classes, we will talk as much as possible. I will explain the grammar concepts, which you can practice through targeted homework if you wish. And if you don't have time for homework? No problem at all! We will practice together until you feel completely confident.

About Me

Hello, I am Szilvia from Hungary. Originally I was a history teacher but I decided to help people learning Hungarian. It is a beautiful language but it can be challenging.

In the first lesson, I would like to know your goal and your purpose why you want to learn Hungarian. Then we can agree on the learning methods.

Everybody is different, therefore I always try to fit the lessons to your personal needs. I will share all the studying materials with you, you don't need to buy anything.

Hungarian is a very complex language. In the beginning, unfortunately, you need to learn a lot of grammar rules. I try to create some fun exercises to practice these rules. Every material is personalized for my students.
