You don't need to have any knowledge of the Greek Language. You need only a PC and good internet connection. You don't have to buy any books or materials. You need only appetite to learn and to be present at the lessons. I will send everything you need about the lessons. My lessons are adjustable to your time to study. If you don't have time to study at home, don't worry. A lot of adults work or have children and is difficult for them to spend time at home studying. I will explain grammar, we will do together exercises, speaking, listening, vocabulary exercises and we will read texts. Also, videos and on line games will be provided to you. I am not strict as a teacher and I am very flexible about the schedule.

About Me

My name is George and I am from Greece. Besides Greek, which is my mother tongue, I also speak English and a little German and Spanish. As a teacher I am not strict and have sense of humor. I like smiling and see other people smiling as well. I like dancing tango, travelling and playing chess. I like movies and reading history.

Education

I have studied Greek Philology at University of Athens. Greek Philology is the main degree that needs someone in order to teach in a puplic Greek High School, Greek pupils, the Greek Language. I am also Certified with Eurolta Degree as a teacher of the Modern Greek language as foreign language by International Language Association.

Experience / Qualifications

I have more than 15 years of experience, teaching Greek to people from all around the world. I have collaborated with NGOs and the University of Aegean to teach multinational classes. My lessons are communicative and include all skills, with emphasis on speaking and grammar. In addition to several books, notes and exercises of mine, I will give you some on line quizzes, games and video with which you can improve your level and at which you have access even from your mobile phone.
