Are you studying english and need proofreading/feedback for one of your assignments? Do you simply need someone to converse with to improve you english conversational skills?

In this class, you will take part in conversations with a native speaker, learning how to make sentences flow naturally as well as learn terminologies, such as slang, that are not taught in traditional teaching methods. As this is a safe space, mistakes are encouraged as they help with progression, you'll be able to speak in a relaxing and supportive environment. Additionally, as an option, the first 10 minutes of class can be dedicated towards things such as proofreading your writing from an external assignment or going over some questions you have about writing, vocabulary, etc.

*Please note that your english level MUST be intermediate (or beyond) as this class requires at least some basic knowledge of conversing in English.

Hello!

My name is Myra and I am currently a university student here in Tokyo!

I have been teaching english for a few years now, particularly to those of all ages, and absolutely love being able to meet people from all different backgrounds through this type of job. Assisting and cheering on students who are eager to learn serves as my motivation and is what allows me to continue teaching in addition to the academics that consist within my university life.
As I am a sole believer in using technology for learning, my classes consist of both ipad and computer usages to assure that the content being covered in class is clear and easy to follow along with.
