I always had additional needs throughout my education which I believe certainly had an impact on my overall final test results. Therefore, I have strong opinions relating to ensuring students wellbeing is positive as well as education, being patient and understanding what an individual is struggling with academically to be able to target the gaps in an individual's learning.
