I specialize in tutoring English to preschoolers(4-6 )years old, Kids Primary 7-9 and young beginners. My main focus is to prepare students for school and also improve their fluency levels. I have designed a special website which contains interesting materials to boost the interest of my students in the language. These materials include videos, songs, flashcards and games to get students focused on the lessons. At the end of each lesson, I assign homework to students in order to test their understanding levels. I also include props and real life images(realia) to make my students find it very easy to understand. I also use Total Physical Response during lessons. Talking about the lesson guides, my main aim is not to complete a particular lesson within the set time but more importantly to make the student understand and practice them in their daily lives. The games and videos are not only to keep my students focused but also to enable them to store the information for a longer period of time. Children according to the numerous researches I have made learn best in their comfort zones and what they see. They are able to recall things faster when they see images and videos about them.

About Me

I'm in my early twenties and I like to listen to music, play computer games and do a lot of research about children during my leisure time. Teaching becomes a lot more interesting especially when I get the opportunity to deliver lessons to kids simply because I have been one before and I know how it feels like. As such, I have sat down and have put together materials which will suit the interest of my students. I have designed them in a way that students will feel just like how it is like in the traditional classroom. I am able to come down to the levels of my students and sometimes, it becomes difficult distinguishing between the tutor and my students. I have a strong level of patience which happens to be my strength. My main aim has always been to get my students to understand the lessons but in a way that wouldn't look so difficult. Just before the child realizes that he or she is in the classroom, the lesson would be coming to a close or would have ended. I'm an undergraduate offering Medicine at the Kiev Medical University. I hold a verified certificate from the West African Examination Council. I specialized in General Science in high school and passed with distinction which landed me in the medical faculty.
