Hello, I'm Rebecca, I'm from the USA and I'm currently pursuing my master's degree in international relations at Ghent University. I completed the TEFL certificate in 2020 and have over two years of professional experience teaching private English lessons. I am offering 1:1 private English lessons (online or in person if you are in Ghent) for students and professionals. One hour lesson (60 minutes) costs depending on your exact needs.

I also review/edit cover letters, CVs and academic essays, just ask!

I prefer to teach intermediate/advanced students who are looking to widen their professional vocabulary and perfect pronunciation, are preparing for the TOEFL or IELTS exam, or are wanting to practice for an upcoming interview in English.

My teaching style is very open and flexible – you can always suggest new themes or concepts and I will build my lessons based off of your feedback. I want you to learn in the best way possible.

About Me

I truly enjoy meeting and working with people from around the world. I had gained a great intercultural understanding and make sure that my students feel comfortable with me, regardless of their English speaking levels.
In my lessons I not only like to help my students improve their English skills but I also like to incorporate learning about various topics (while in English), such as topics about climate change, politics and political systems in the US, world history, public health systems, economics, art history, etc. If I am made aware of a subject you are interested in, I am happy to prepare beforehand.

I hold a BA degree in Political Science and am pursuing a MA degree in Global Studies. My academic focus has been on international political systems, immigration law, and migration patterns within the EU and the US.

Welcome to my online site for learning Spanish as a foreign language.

My name is Jonathan, I am a teacher of modern languages as well as a translator and interpreter. I have 10 years of extensive experience in the field of education and translation. I am dedicated to teaching and teaching languages at all levels, applying my methods that take into account the specific needs of my students both professionally and academically.

Methodology:
Course proposal:
-diagnostic interview and initial level test (theoretical-oral)
