About Me

My career has covered front office relationship management, quantitative credit risk and derivative products in IBD. I passed CFA three levels at first attempt and I am a CFA charter holder.I believe my role as a tutor is to provide my students with the right tools to solve their problems in the career or exams, and equally importantly, to try and ignite their interest in studying. My way of teaching is to engage with them and stimulate them to ensure the interest of learning grows. It is essential for my students to get good grades, and understand concepts, learn to think mathematically and solve problems themselves.

I have extensive experience in tutoring A-level maths and business, GCSE maths and business and secondary school maths. My teaching style is to inspire their interest in maths and business studies so that they can be more independently learning.

I am also a mandarin native speaker and started my tutoring career as a language teacher 10 years ago. I am easy going and very patient. I speak standard mandarin without any accent and worked as the interpreter for the British Olympic Association during Beijing Olympics and many business conference.
