Math is a tool for analysis and decision making in the Sciences, engineering, technology and the social sciences with foundation in the secondary School. Experience has shown that the subject is largely not well taught especially at foundation levels. I have done a research on error evaluation in the teaching and learning of Math with the outcome showing that the major cause of students poor performance is largely due to the way the subject is taught. I teach by focusing on identifying missing links so to help learners build a sequence of prerequisite for understanding of important concepts
