About Me

Valeria is a Peruvian-Italian multidisciplinary artist and educator born in Lima, Peru to a Peruvian mother and an Italian father who then immigrated to Canada when she was 11 years old. Fully raised in two rich cultures, Valeria communicates and performs fluently in Spanish, Italian and English. After graduating from Capilano University, she has collaborated with renowned theatre companies in Canada while working simultaneously in film, TV, voice-over and commercials. How to send a clear message? How to make the difference, to make an impression? How to regain self-confidence and control the management of his emotions?

Knowing how to speak in public is now a necessity for the company and in the company. From a personal point of view, this is a vector for better relationships and optimal messages. The goal is not only to focus on verbal communication but also on nonverbal communication, so as to make the control of his body, his voice (...), a real and lasting strength.

Depending on the interaction between the trainer - coach and the one who consults, there is no single way to operate: each type of session depends on the needs and difficulties of each.
