As a high school Economics and Management teacher, I currently teach management as well as management science and digital technology in the first year of STMG (Science and Technology of Management and Business).

I offer support specifically designed for STMG students who wish to better understand the concepts of the program, improve their method, progress in the analysis of management situations or prepare for their assessments and the baccalaureate.

In management, we work in particular on the identification and characterization of organizations, their purposes, their stakeholders, their functioning, their choices and the management problems they face.

In management and digital sciences, the objective is to understand the mechanisms studied from concrete situations: functioning of organizations, individuals and actors, information, digital technology, value creation and other concepts of the program.

Particular attention is paid to the method: analyzing a situation, correctly using a document, mobilizing the relevant concept, justifying an answer and writing in a clear and structured manner.

The sessions are tailored to each student's difficulties and combine review of concepts, targeted explanations, exercises, and methodological training. Summary materials can be provided when necessary.

The goal is for the student to no longer simply learn their lesson: they must understand the concepts, be able to recognize them in a real situation and be able to use them in a reasoned response.
