Because to practice yoga, you just a mat or sometimes yoga blocks and belt. Also, yoga postures are changed slowly one after another during the exercise and learners' injury risk will decrease during the online class, and the teacher has adequate time to accurate the learner's posture and breathing. If someone has not experienced yoga yet or suffers from pain, an online class will a good option.

We will base our practice of Tai Chi Chuan on the traditional structure starting with the stances studies, breathing through Qi gong practices, and the movement through the deep study of the Tai chi form #37.
