I believe all teenagers can excel both in school and in life. My role as a coach is to unlock a student's talent, help them find their passions and prepare them for a rewarding future.

These are some of the areas I can help with:
-Motivation issues and low enthusiasm for learning
-The school system tending towards a one size fits all approach: individual needs are often neglected
-Special learning situations such as home learning, parent sabbaticals
-Low grades or exam results, poor school reports
-Identifying next steps such as curriculum, university or career choices
-Lack of direction
-Stress
-Transition: moving countries, schools, educations systems or homes

Sessions last between 45-60 minutes and can be carried out weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or as needed.

Reiki Healing invites us to surrender to that which is bigger than us - energy. In Japan, we know it as 'ki'. In China we say 'qi'. In India and yogic traditions we call it 'prana'. It invites us to surrender to its potent, yet gentle healing; to refrain from asking 'how'; to stay open to the possibility of powerful transformations and to allow it to realign us back to our path of feeling balanced in mind, body and spirit.

Reiki teaches us to trust in our own facilitation of wellbeing, the Reiki Therapist purely delivering it to you. You are your healing, because you've intended it so. Because you've surrendered control. Because your desire to feel whole eclipses our conditioned despair.

This service is to support learners on developing the skills to learn and improve their metacognition abilities.

Metacognition is related to how a learner learns, not only the mindset but supporting the brain on learning which includes higher order thinking skills as well as reflective skills. Through the practice of metacognitive skills, learners can improve the way they process knowledge which can further support their understanding.

This supports learners in all subjects and is the basis for academic success.

Metacognition also supports well-being because as learners feel less stressed about their learning and abilities, they are able to process content and practice skills in a more relaxed way that builds their confidence and then a love for learning because they feel capable.
